This is a highly delicious salad that I discovered at a restaurant in the area. I loved it so much that I decided to recreate it on my own. When I discovered the calorie count, I was baffled, so I found some ways to cut them down. I added more celery, less mayo, and soy mayo. its a great way to re-serve some leftovers!
I tweaked an old family recipe until I found a lower calorie one I really enjoyed. You can also add celery for and added crunch.
