These are a great substitue for french fries for any meal. You can cut them thinner if you need them to cook faster, I usually do after a long day at work.
This is from the simple jiffy corn muffin mix that you buy at the store. I entered it because on the side it gave all info on mix but only a portion prepared.
4 Red Ripe Tomatoes, diced
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
1 Yellow Peppers, chopped
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 Cup Tomato Sauce
Garlic, 3 cloves
1 Onions, chopped
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup Green Peppers, chopped
This is a compound of a lot of vinegar coleslaw recipes I found online. Not only do I not like mayo, I didn't want the additional fat/calories of a may dressing.
This can very easily be doubled - either the dressing, to make it more "wet" or with 2 bags of coleslaw mix.
This recipe is a quick and easy one to make. It is great for when you are craving the comfort foods! My kids absolutely love it. It is budget friendly too!
This Salad/Side dish is great for a light warm meal or as a nice side for beef, chicken or pork. The height that the greens give could really impress guests and family when paired with meats.
I personally love mangoes, and I love mango salsa. It's a nice change from regular salsa, it's sweet and has a little kick.
These veggies are delicious with a little kick! (you could also do these on kebabs if that easier)
Sadly this is high in sodium, I will work on making my own curry in the meantime this is really yummy.
