An easy to make macaroni and cheese on the stove, rather than the oven. It's just as tasty and for those of us who grew up on Kraft's, a trip down memory lane (minus the preservatives and fake cheese).
Cooked rhubarb sauce that is sugar free. Great to mix in yogurt or add to oatmeal!

Additional Suggestions:
Instead of carrots add chopped, cooked shrimp or use baby bay shrimp.
Use your favorite vinegar or seasoning to spice it to your liking.

A delicious alternative to English Muffins. Made in a similar fashion, these rolls are slightly sweet with a fine interior texture (not holey like English Muffins). They can be enjoyed for breakfast or as a sandwich or dinner roll.
If you want skip the cinnamon and cloves and instead add 1 tsp lemon peel and or orange peel and craisens. Recommend you cut the craisens into smaller pieces.
"Fried Black Beans" This was a staple of my host family's diet when I studied in Guatemala. They cooked up the black beans in HUGE quantities and heated up a little bowl of them with every meal.

Great for Vegetariann, extremely tasty. You can put this sauteed zuchinni in sandwiches, can be served as a side dish hot, or cold in sandwiches. This is full of flavor!
I like lots of white sauce so I use half of this for my serving but if some like less, it could serve up to four people. Nutritional information is for two servings.
This can be made on the stovetop as well, just keep whisking as it cooks and be careful not to let the milk burn.
