I use a pork loin and slice them into chops, depending on how many people are eating.
Sauce is a great marinade for chicken and shrimp! Also is a good sauce to use when finishing a stir fry - I use corn starch to thicken it.

I use this marinade on thinly sliced beef or boneless/skinless chicken breasts, marinate for at least 2 hrs.
This is good over fish and baked or with beef.
