I found this recipe on the skinnytaste.com site. I made it as a dip for baked french fries. It would also be awesome with fresh veggies or chips.
If you like raw garlic, this one's for you
to be used as a caesar salad dressing or as a dip, etc. for chicken, fish, etc. (for caesar salad, just add parmesan cheese)
