Oriental Green Beans
Steam the beans over a pot of boiling water for 6-7 min or until just tender.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the giner and garlic. Heat the vegetable and sesame oils in a pan, add garlic and saute for 2 min.
Stir in ginger and soy sauce and cook for 2-3 min. Pour this mixture over the warm beans.
