I used low-sodium soy sauce and olive oil because he's allergic to sesame. Good taste. Wasn't sure how long to cook the beans though. I tried about 10 min and that seemed to be enough.
Very good, very easy, frying garlic smelled heavenly. Might be good with another tsp of sugar added to caramelize in the high heat. Would be great with some fried rice too. Try the "Not Fried Rice" recipe for a healthy version.
