I am going to try this tonight, but I will lay the fish on top of the cabbage (mixed with other ingredients nixing the sugar & substituting wheat-free tamari for soy sauce & adding some garlic), drizzle it with lemon juice & a large dollop of unsalted butter. I'll serve with brown rice
