This is similar to an ambrosia salad I make but it uses only 1/4 c sour cream and 3 Tbsp brown sugar (I use Splenda brown sugar) and also 1/2 c chopped pecans. It is a yummy dessert and I'm always asked to bring it to get togethers
Great hit at our Memorial Day cookout. Used no sugar added fruit cups and sprinkled coconut and walnut pieces on top. No leftovers with this one.
