Good breakfast to start the day

A healthy way to start your morning; you can easily substitute the flour for oatmeal flour.

This is a whole meal offering scrumptious chicken seasoned with TS Asian Honey Mustard and Lemon Infusion Oil, battered with bread crumbs. Served with Schwan's mini cob and TS Bountiful Beer Bread.

This is delicious. I made it up a day that i barely had anything at home. It was so good!

Make this the night before so it is ready to go for breakfast.

My dad used to make this when I was young. It was a favorite of mine.
To make more servings just use a ratio of 1 part corn meal to 4 parts water.
1/2 cup cornmeal + 2 cups water
3/4 cup cornmeal + 3 cups water
1 cup cornmeal + 4 cups water

I add a drizzle of coconut oil and half of a banana to my serving. You could also use coconut milk instead of almond milk.
