I really liked these. I made em into huge waffles (200cal each) and they were crisp on the outside and nice and dense and wheaty on the inside. Add 1/4 cup of sugar free syrup (more than enough) to one waffle and it's still an amazingly low calorie and filling breakfast. They freeze great too!!
