Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

A good chili recipe. I use dried beans so it takes a little longer, but the sodium is reduced.
Instead of frying to onions in canola, I cook in the turkey grease and drain thereby reducing the amount of fat and then add the seasonings and tomatoes,etc. Very good recipe.
