I liked this one. I added 1/2 tsp salt. I would skip the black pepper, for me its too much, even when I reduced it to 1/2 tsp. On my second batch I made, I made them Indian style- added curry powder, paprika for color, and garlic powder.
Great to find a low fat version!
These are great! I used wheat flour and added a little salt. Sprayed the tops of the latkes before baking for crispier ones.
