Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I doubled the recipe. Used fresh ginger (less than ground) and fresh grated nutmeg and fresh ground cinnamon. I tried using phyllo dough for crust, but that failed. I also used about a teaspoon extra cinnamon and added allspice and 1/2 c dark brown sugar and 6 stevia packets. the kids even liked it!
Made this for Thanksgiving! Really excellent. I could eat my pumpkin pie without a shred of guilt! Great with fat free whipped topping. Thanks so much!
