Marvelous!!!! I truly mean that some people review and have not even made the dish but I loved it I'm a veggie lover anyway and all the colors made it even better if there were six stars I'd give it to you I used Mrs dash instead of salt
Delicious!! I made this as a side dish last night and it was perfect. Husband and I loved it - can't wait to make it again. I left out the salt and only used 1tbsp of olive oil.
