Used low sodium soy and Worchestershire sauces and added red pepper flakes. Baked the chops at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Yummy! Hard not to eat more than one chop.
Tasty. Just very salty as one other comment suggested. We are going to put the left overs over some wheat noddles.
