The nutrition info on this is incorrect. One chop alone is 285 calories without the added ingredients.
I chose this recipe because I'm working with a diabetic's diet plan right now, and this was low-carb like I needed, but still simple and sounded good. Flavorful, even though my very thin-cut pork chops turned out a little dry.
