Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Tasted good but it was a bit too salty - a high sodium count.
I think I will make these tonight. I used to make something similar with ketchup and brown sugar and a lemon slice. So tasty.
was easy and good ....good with a baked potato and steamed green beans...I added salt and pepper and garlic to the chop
you can do this on top of the stove too in a frying pan
These came out very very tender! But the sauce was a bit saltier than I was expecting, so I added some brown sugar, garlic and onion powder and that helped a lot. Thanks for such a simple tasty recipe.
I liked this recipe, however I thought it had too much soy sauce. I also added brown sugar. My kids thought it was good.
Delicious! I did add a pinch of cayenne for a little kick. Think I would cut down on the baking time, the chops seemed a little dry. Although it could have been that my loin chops had pretty much no fat at all.
