Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I don't think the calories are correct for this item. 1lb of chicken is about 750 calories, and by the time you add the other ingredients in I doubt It's going to be so low. Still sounds good though and is much healthier than take out.
This was GREAT! I really enjoyed this chicken and so did my 18 month old. I think next time I will use low sodium soy sauce because the taste was a little salty for me but it was so good!
SO good. This is wonderful. I served it with egg fried rice and we had a low-fat chinese meal!
This was delicious. My husband said it was one of the best things I've ever made! However, the nutritional info did not match what I calculated it to be. The calorie count seems to be for 1/2 what is listed as a serving.
This is the best non-fried sesame chicken recipe I've EVER tried (and I've tried a LOT). I added Brown sugar, and some splenda, as well as chinese 5 spice because I like mine sweet. Thank You! for posting this. I think I finally found a replacement for my sesame takout.
