Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I was pleasantly surprised by this pie crust. I had never heard of using milk and oil in a crust but it worked very well-the salt gives it a touch of flavor. Rolling it out was MUCH easier with the waxed paper and I could get it really thin. I made a chicken potpie-Husband loved it!
I calculated without the salt and half oil half fat free milk. for 6 servings this is Calories 319.4 and Total Fat 18.6 g
For 8 servings it is Calories 239.6 and Total Fat 14.0 g
This was quite tasty! I only made half and next time, I won't include the salt. I may use water, too. But it was easy to make and very good.
