Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Delicious,I toasted some whole wheat bread and ate it together and it was delicious and not high in calories!but I prefer to skip the parsley and it tastes much better without it for me
yummy...even better with bell pepper and onions added to the mixture, with a sprinkling of low fat shredded cheese on top....fantastic....with a sliced tomato on the side.
Egg beaters are the way to go! Less calories and cholesterol and can't taste the difference.
TASTED GREAT BUT I SUBSTITUTED EGG BEATERS WHICH LOWERED THE CALORIES AND CLERESTORAL.
