these are very tasty. The red pepper flakes add just the right amt of heat. And the added bonus of being low carb using the lettuce to wrap it up makes me feel extra virtuous, while still being delicious and satisfying. I've made them twice, will make then many more times.
So delicious!! I cut the fat even more by doing 1/2 lean ground beef and 1/2 extra lean ground turkey. I also served with "LaTortilla Factory Smart and Delicious Tortillas" - whole wheat w/ only 50 calories and 7 grams of fiber.
I must try this. It is SO much lower in sodium than the other recipes I've looked at!
