This recipe was great with the addition of some seasoning. I added a 1 1/2 tsp of Italian herbs, an additional 1/2 tsp of garlic, and a bit of salt. Oh and I forgot the cheese, but added a sprinkle of parmesean for each serving. So that should count as about 40 fewer calories.
