This was fantastic. I think it's the best cranberry sauce I've ever tasted. I would never know it was sugar free if I didn't make it myself. I added a bit more marmalade and sweetener.
Absolutely will make again at Christmas. Will add more ginger just for my taste as I like ginger (will make it regular ginger to keep the sugar down), and remember to add the raisins this time.
I really liked this. Not only is it extra fresh, but it has less calories than those canned cranberries.
