Excellent. I did give it 25 minutes . I omitted the garlic powder, added a sprinkle of sea salt and some rosemary.
Made this recipe for my daughter and I and we both loved it. The only issue I found with the recipe is the cooking time was too low, could be my oven. If you flatten the meat it might work in that time. Also, flavour decreased when reheated the next day, so be aware of that. Added a touch of salt
