Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I like feta cheese and chickpeas therefore, this might be the perfect recipe to get in my much needed protein.
Used low fat feta, no olive oil and more juice. It was delicious and made a great dinner served on top a bed of spinach leaves.
delicious! i used President brand fat free feta which brings the fat content down to only 6gms. You can up the fiber content really easy as well by changing what veggies you use. I notice the nutrition info here uses yellow peppers/cucumbers/onions, try adding blanched beans or carrots.
great fast lunch i cut out salt and 1/2 oil
I used dried chickpeas to reduce the sodium and reduced fat feta cheese. Its very yummy, people in the lunch room were jealous cause I had such a healthy lunch.
Great salad. I used 1/2 the oil for lower calories
Delicious! I'd add fresh oregano whenever I find it in the grocery store - amazing taste! Goat cheese feta is also wonderful and lower in fat than cow's milk feta (and easier to digest for anyone who is lactose intolerant)
Oh this sounds yummy! I will definately try...I love chick peas and feta (I will try the reduced fat variety).
This sounds really good. I love chickpeas and feta. I will use reduced fat feta and lower the calories a bit.
I ate this over lettuce with zucchini. It was very tasty! And with fat free feta, not quite as fatty!
Yum!!! But I'm not sure how you justify the description as high fiber (only 2 grams) and LOW FAT (18 grams of fat!!!!)
Delicious! For veggies I used green beans, red pepper, celery, tomato, onion, and added a couple of pieces of sundried tomato. I also used low fat feta. It's really great, thanks for sharing the recipe!
This is super-yummy! I did make two small changes. I only used 1 t. olive oil and I used fat-free feta cheese. Good stuffed into whole wheat pita.
