Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I put it in cupcake liners and they worked out great. Perfect size for a snack! Calories are right for a snack too! Next time I will experiment and see if I can turn it into a loaf of banana bread. May add a few berries as well!
The taste is good. The size of the serving is too small. If you make normal sized muffins it doubles the calories- 200 cal for a single muffin is more than I am looking for
this recipe made 12 normal sized muffins not 24. Next time I will decrease the sugar or leave it out-too sweet. I used whole wheat pastry flour to make them more healthy.
