Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I like to make this but I leave out the meat and cheese doubling up on beans and I add a tbsp. minced chipotle peppers in sauce. I also like to add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of nutritional yeast to the filling.
Definitely will become a regular on my menu. While my family felt it needed more salt... I disagreed. I will probably try Rotel instead of canned diced tomatoes next time. Agree it took longer than 30 minutes for the topping to cook... may use a little less buttermilk next time.
