Not too bad. I butterflied the chx, put the bacon and cheese in the middle and baked it for 30 mins on 350. I used low sodium turkey bacon and reduced fat cheddar cheese. Also, next time I think I will cover it so it doesn't get too dry. I also added garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
This was really good and easy. My husband loved it and couldnt believe it wasnt high in calories. Definetly one to add to the rotation in our house!
Great chicken recipe and liked by all. even my picky eater. I did add garlic and diced onion and used shredded low fat cheese. Quick easy and delish!!
