Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used 1/2 the sugar called for, it was still plenty sweet. Also added some raisins and pecans because I had them. Makes 2 large, dense, moist loaves. l only gave it 3 stars because it just didn't zing. At first I thought it needed more spice, but I think the absence of salt was the issue.
