This was great! I substituted low-fat garlic croutons (ground finely) for the bread crumbs, which also took the place of garlic (which I didn't have at the time). I also added a little chopped cilantro. Fantastic, and so easy!
very tasty, i used bread cubes from high fiber bread instead of the bread crumbs. i served it with pasta tossed with olive oil, garlic and tomatoes. yummy.
