Oh my goodness!!!! So yummy! I've only ever tried one other recipe and it did not turn out like these at all. May become a staple in the morning. I love how high in protein and fiber these are. I am always looking for a good amount of these in my breakfast and these are it! Thank you!!!
This is a great starter recipe for healthy pancakes. I blend the (dry) oatmeal separately in the blender, then blend the remaining ingredients. A pinch each of baking soda, baking powder, and salt lighten the texture. I spice the batter with ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon, sometimes adding walnuts.
Absolutely delicious. I added some fat free syrup to it and blueberries, YUM! So good, the boyfriend loved them too but shh! I won't tell him I got it from my "diet site" hehe. Thanks for the great recipe. :)
