Used haddock and adjusted recipe to work with what I had on hand - panko instead of breadcrumbs and not enough mushrooms. Sliced a few kalamata olives in half and laid them on the fish, added a few smashed a couple garlic cloves as well. No salt needed. This versatile recipe is a keeper. Thanks!
Fantastic! Used garlic, ginger, low sodium soy sauce, and whole wheat bread crumbs. Baked with zucchini and summer squash slices as well as the mushrooms. YUM!
for a good fix sauce i make Tarator sauce.
all i need for me and my husband is 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/4 cup tahiny sauce, 1 clove minced or shredded garlic, dried or fresh finely chopped parsely, add salt to taste. shake well before serving
absolutely delicious! I used catfish, added garlic powder, sea salt, pepper, cajun seasoning and paprika. Will make again and again!
