Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The liquid amino is what's throwing the calorie/protein count off. Whatever you put in says that 2 tsp liquid amino yields 4 calories and 840 g of protein. That's physically impossible (for protein, the conversion is 4 calories per gram, I believe).
Good basic recipe that you can modify. Nutritional are off but still a low fat, healthy option.
How can I be sure the proteins count and calories are right?
1/4 cup of dry navy beans is in the recipe twice. Is this correct?
Agree that the calorie count isn't quite right.
Something's wrong with the calorie and/or protein numbers as given for this recipe.
