great, you saved my pancake day! it's great to see some "proper" pancakes in the midst of all these yanks (I'm kidding)! I made mine a little more diet friendly by using a good non stick frying pan and cooking spray and just adding one teaspoon of sugar per pancake. then ruined it by eating all 8!
