If I could give it 6 stars, I would! I was scouring the web for lighter versions of this cake, but this is the recipe with the lowest fat and sugar content. I only used 2/3 of the sugar indicated. The cake is wonderfully fluffy and very tart. YUM! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
