Very good!! I used flaked sweetened flaked coconut as opposed to fresh, I probably could have cut down on the sugar, but didn't think about it until afterward. Mixture was very crumbly and I had to form the macaroons by hand, squishing them to hold them together. But they turned out well!! YUM!!
