I had never heard of TVP or tried it before. I can't eat oats/carbs, etc... I loved, loved, loved this recipe. I can finally eat "oatmeal" again!
I found this really tasteless, so I added raisins, walnuts a tbsp of brown sugar and a smidge of butter, that made it great!
