I substituted regular Italian dressing vs. low fat . . . less sugar and salt. This recipe is nice!
Yummy! I added chick peas for more protein and used feta cheese, because that's what I had..it tasted wonderful! Ate what you would call 2 servings (it was my whole meal).
I am looking forward to making this. I love asparagus and can't imagine it being anything but terrific. The calorie count is also a plus.
I make this for picnics and parties but, aso add beans for protein and make my own Italian dressing to avoid as much salt from the commercial ones.We love asparagus which works as a natural diuretic!!
I will add onions & use a dressing with lower sodium content. Thanx!
