I tried this recipe because there's no sugar added and can be made with olive oil. It didn't thicken up enough. Maybe my blender jar being warm (just washed) or that I put all of the olive oil in at once. Alls not lost. I mixed some with sour cream with a little and put it on my salad! Tasty!
Wow! I added Salt-free Mrs. Dash and a little artificial sweetener. Left out the salt. Didn't have any lemon juice so I used plain old white vinegar. It is without a doubt the best I ever had.

No salt! No sugar! I don't understand why it has more fat (thus calories) than Hellmans.
This IS good and compared to Hellmans...per tablespoon it has less fat, no sugar and less calories. I think I've just found a recipe I'll use from now on...move over Hellmans!
