Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I added chopped carrots and celery. I also cut the soy sauce in half to reduce the sodium.
This is in the oven as we speak - and it has made my house smell absolutely delectible! I'm so excited to try it. I did 3 tbsp of sugar free syrup instead of the honey and a whole tsp of ground ginger. Hopefully that wasn't overboard but it just felt right!
