Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Just what I was looking for - something with a lot of protein that I can make ahead of time and save for quick heating up in the mornings. I used a tsp of honey instead of splenda. This is quite tasty with some fresh fruit on the top, and very filling. Thank you!
This is a good recipe. The consistency is a little hard to get right at first. it is easy to blend it too much and it ends up runny. It works perfectly if it is refrigerated for a while first.

I also add a scoop of protein powder.
