This is the best beef stew we've ever tasted. I'm in the UK, so had to make a couple of substitutions. I used a sachet of 'hot and spicy' seasoning from Aldi ( comes in a small carton), and a chopped onion instead of the pearl onions. Served with cabbage, runner beans and peas for the non low carber
I made this for my family and we all loved it! Thanks So much for sharing such a wonderful savory low calorie and low carb dish. I have added it to my recipe book so I wont loose it! ;-)
