Nutrition & Calorie Comments

For a mom who has a son who loves the fast-food 600 calorie version, this is a great and fast alternative. He loved it just as much as the really green version, even without the whipped topping and maraschino cherry. I skipped the green food coloring and used Stevia. Everyone loved it. Submitted by:

I would think that plain nonfat Greek yogurt would be better than the frozen yogurt and fresh spinach leaves would be better than food coloring.. if a person has fresh mint that would be nice too.. Non-sweetened cashew milk is only 25 cals a cup it would help with the final calorie count. Submitted by:

How is this good for you? It looks like a chemical cancer storm. Green food coloring and non calorie sweetener? Not to mention, who-knows-what ingredients in your non-fat frozen yogurt and processed non-fat milk. No thank you. Anyone have a whole food friendly option? I like suggestions for mint. My fresh mint plant is barely showing signs of life in Connecticut. Maybe some down south have an inside plant or early first harvest but I might be able to modify this in two months when It's either eat the mint or let it escape from the pot time. Might try some protein powder in this. Submitted by:
