28 carbs per serving is *NOT* low carb, not by a long shot. It may be a healthy meal, but it should not be labeled low carb, for those that are actually eating low carb... this is MORE than a single day's worth of carbs.
I was just wondering... this recipe has over 600 calories per serving and that is half my daily calorie allotment. How is this a good recipe for those on weight loss or even maintaining?
