I did not make this with the egg and cottage cheese, I used no egg, but used ricotta cheese instead--they have whole milk, low fat or no fat ricotta cheese, so pick which one you like. It came out yummy. My hubby liked it, but my 2 year old said "ewww gross". HaHa! He had something different.
