Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made this with many changes, I cooked diced potatoes in my own chicken broth until they were mushy, I added the chopped watercress. I also did a quick calculation, and had 25 more calories, but 1/10 the sodium
For a vegetrarian version, I replaced the chicken broth with vegetable broth, I used fresh potatoes and I added a dalop of low fat sour cream. Delicious! :-)
