I have made this salad, but instead of water I used a small amount of canola oil and garlic salt in place of regular salt.
very yummy.
My family makes this salad but instead of salt and pepper add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and omit the water.
I ommited the vinegar and added 1tbsp of fat Free Kraft Italian dressing (only added 5 cal)
Great as a salad and also as a low-calorie salad dressing.
I really liked this! It is so simple to make, so filling, and so low calorie...new favorite!
