Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Have to agree -- I just make a batch of regular brown rice ahead of time and it's good to go! I added cinnamon, and cut the brown sugar in 1/2.
I use quinoa instead of the brown rice and a tablespoon of agave syrup instead of the brown sugar. Delicious!
I make this but I add nuts and cinnamon to mine with some sugar free maple pancake syrup.
I used raisins, and cinnamon, rather than nutmeg, and mixed 2 tbsp. brown sugar in with the milk, rather than when I serve. Delicious eaten warm right after cooking. I can't wait to wake up and have it for breakfast! (I am the only one eating it, so I get o try it warm, cold, and also reheated.)
