This was close to the recipe I used to use -- I subbed 1/2 C Brown Sugar Splenda for the white sugar. Also used a wild rice blend. Hubby & I both really enjoyed it. We'll do it again!!
Fast, easy, low calorie to fit into daily plan. I will make this again. Nice way to sneak in your rice allotment for the family.
